Animal Science Products, Inc. is a family owned and operated business proudly serving its customers in the feed additives and animal health industries from Nacogdoches, Texas USA since its founding in 1985. ASP is a leading specialty product provider to all facets of the feed and food animal production industry, and currently has sales throughout the U.S. and in more than fourty countries.
The firm delivers the highest quality products and professional service to feed manufacturers and livestock producers around the globe through company-wide dedication to our innovation, quality-assurance, processes, and customer attentiveness. Key animal health products support our customers in 3 pillars: Vaccine Stabilization, Gel Applications, and Non-Antibiotic Interventions.
Vaccine Stabilization products include the Vac-Pac and Vac-Pac Plus family of vaccine stabilizers to improve vaccine performance when delivered via drinking water, Spray-Vac and Spray-Vac Spectrum to support and stabilize live vaccines for poultry aerosol sprays, and Opti-Vac ocular diluent stabilizer for poultry vaccination by eye drop.
Among the rapidly growing brands in the Gel Application pillar, ASP developed and produces Gel-Pac for dosing edible gel-delivered vaccines to baby chicks, Underline and Pig-E-Gel for baby pig oral vaccine applications.
Non-Antibiotic interventions for animal health and welfare include Oinkment spray-on flexible film bandage, Uni-Sol liquid anti-inflammatory for animal drinking water, MucuSol respiratory relief liquid expectorant also for poultry and swine drinking water, Intervene anti-salmonella feed preservative, and HALT eubiotic to overcome swine enteric challenges.
A further quality certification rating of “Excellent” has been awarded by the Safe Feed/Safe Food program of the American Feed Industries Association (AFIA). The Safe Feed/Safe Food Certification Program is a voluntary, third-party-certified initiative designed for feed mills and feed and ingredient-related facilities in the United States and Canada. The program establishes comprehensive standards of excellence that go beyond existing regulations to show leadership and maximize food and feed safety.
Beyond a dominant presence in the global animal health industry, and status as an FDA and USDA licensed facility, ASP is honored that their workforce has completed over 15 years of operations without incurring a lost workday injury.
