Nacogdoches, Texas – Animal Science Products, Inc., an industry-leading manufacturer of high-quality animal nutrition products and global leader in vaccine stabilizers, has announced today that President Bailey Reynolds has acquired ownership from his sibling partners – Bridget Reynolds Arrant and Bradley Reynolds. The change results in Bailey Reynolds becoming the sole owner of ASP. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The three partners started the company in 1985 and worked together to make it into the trusted supplier it is today. Their parents, Charles and Goldie Reynolds, were involved in the business from 1990 until 1999 when they retired, and were bought out of the business. Their contribution was an important part of ASP’s success over the last twenty-six years. The company’s commitment to the highest standards continues now under Bailey Reynolds’ proven leadership.
