On Wednesday, June 28, 2012, two Agriculture high school teachers – Brian Mortensen and Jessica Bishop – visited Animal Science Products to learn more about the diverse ways in which ASP is helping support modern agriculture. Mortensen and Bishop teach Animal Science, Vet Science, Ag Biology and Ag Chemistry at a high school in the agriculturally-rich Ceres, California area for the Ceres Unified School District. Through teachers like Mortensen and Bishop, CUSD has made a large commitment to folding sciences such as biology, chemistry and physics into their Ag Ed curriculum. ASP was proud to be acknowledged by these professionals as a progressive animal nutrition company, and as a resource that the Ceres USD could draw on to advance its agricultural education programs.
