Production Yield

Finished product processing losses, routinely called “shrink”, are common to bulk material handling systems.  ASP continually monitors finished product shrink, comparing inbound ingredient weights to outbound product yield.  This program’s purpose is twofold.  First, to monitor the accuracy of material weighing and handling systems; and second, to provide early warning should excessive shrink arise.
