Packaging Accuracy

Packaging equipment operators check the accuracy of the containers’ net weights throughout the production run.  They use two independent sets of scales to double-check that packages are correctly filled.  Our Operations Manager checks the accuracy and consistency of containers by auditing them weekly.  Statistically representative numbers of finished product containers are randomly selected and weighed before shipment to assess accuracy and consistency.  The current status of these container weight checks is provided for review at this link:
